Appearance and Manner (I) Social manners and dress are appropriate for a professional person. Technical Competence (R) Accounting grades relative to overall GPA. Accounting related work experience. Teamwork (R) Group oriented activities and hobbies. Works effectively with others. Tactful and diplomatic in sensitive situations. Integrity (I) No unresolved inconsistencies in the interview. Loyalty to a principle, family, organization, etc. Motivation (I) Consistently seeks opportunities for more responsibility/challenges. Works well without supervision.
