Figure 1 Diagnostic tests of embryonic reproductive potential provide one of the three classes of results. (A) Absolute. Embryos are categorized as having 0 or 100% potential for developing into a healthy infant. (B) Quantitative. Embryos are assigned a specific probability of attaining normal development. (C) Relative. Embryos are rank ordered from least likely to implant to most likely to implant without an actual probability being assigned.
