Fight Foodborne Bacteria WEDNESDAY MARCH 15, 2017 7-9:30 p.m. Garden-Robinson, who teaches the course, will use the ServSafe curriculum from the National Restaurant Association’s Educational Foundation. She is a certified ServSafe instructor. The class is designed to assist food establishments develop a food safety plan or update their plan with current information. Having managers and supervisors with food safety certification can help establishments against the expense of a foodborne illness outbreak and provide their customers with consistently safe, high-quality food, Garden-Robinson says.
