2. What is a Logic Model?
A clear and simplified picture of a program, initiative or set of actions designed to respond to a situation.
A framework and process for planning to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
It shows a logical relationship among the resources, activities and benefits or change.
The programs theory of action- a plausible model of how a program is supposed to work.
Conveys the underlying rationale for how an initiative should work
