6. Variance Request
The applicant is also requesting a variance from Chapter 15, Article XV, Section (b)(11).
This section of the Code states that the boat ramp must be located at least twenty-five (25) feet from the neighbors.
The ramp is located twenty (20) feet from the east property line. The applicant has obtained a Letter of No Objection from the affected neighbor.
