Once you create and share a folder, the person you share it with will have permanent access to it until you revoke their access.
To do so:

If you want to see the folders you’ve created for others, share them with yourself and access them in “View.”
If you create a folder, share it, and then update or change one of the elements you’ve included in that folder:
