Serge all edges.
2. Fold the short sides in 1 inch and press.
3. Sew casing by sewing on the serged part of the folded down sides.

2. 4. Fold in half with the right sides together
4. Fold in half with the right sides together. Sew the sides together at 5/8 inch from the casing to 2 inches from the bottom.
5. Insert one cord through the front casing and through the back casing.

3. 6. Insert another cord through the casing going the opposite direction.
7. Stick the ends of the cord through the bag and out the hole in the bottom.
Sew the hole close.
Flip the bag inside out.
