2 Château de Sancerre Blanc 2010
New Years Eve Features Dom Perignon 2000 By the Glass $45 $250 By The Bottle This is a classic Dom Pérignon vintage. It’s big, ripe and fruity with a dense texture and structure. It’s as much wine as Champagne with rich, apple and fresh pear flavors and a tense crispness. Château de Sancerre Blanc 2010 Typical Sauvignon Blanc nose with floral accents and smokey, flinty nuances. Fresh, crisp flavors with distinctive, subtle fruit. $15 glass $60 bottle Numanthia Termes 2008 Fresh and intense fruity aromas (raspberry, red currant, cherry) well integrated with gentle spices and a eucalyptus touch. Silky and vibrant, with a long finish of spices, tobacco, raspberries and blackberries notes. $15 glass ~ $60 bottle III Forks was once dominated by our competition, now we are having exclusive holiday features. 1 BTG has become 4, Champagne First is in effect, and a new cocktail list is in the works. There is still work to be done, but it’s definitely a step in the right direction. III Forks Austin looks forward to being a MH partner in 2012. Blake Lindelow
