Load bottle into reshaping fixture
Activate water flow into reshaping fixture
Remove reshaped bottle from fixture
Cut off bottom of reshaped bottle
Recycle bottom of bottle

Recycle water
Remove label from bottle (if any)
Recycle water
Place bottle into water bath
Sponge bath bottle in the water bath
Place prepped bottle into inventory
Bottle Cleaning
Place prepped bottle onto string cutting fixture
Rotate bottle on string cutter to start string
Pull string from cutter
Join string strand ends together
Cut string using crank attached to the spool
Cut off top of bottle when all useable bottle is gone
Recycle top of bottle
Making String
If first strand, attach string to spool
Repeat process until wanted length of string is reached
If length reached, place spooled string into inventory
Place X number of spools of string onto weaving fixture
Prime string to create the beginning of the weave
Using crank attached to weave fixture, weave string into rope
Once a spooled string is used up, join the new spool with the old
Spool rope until X length and cut rope on spool
Place rope into inventory
