5. Disability Officer – 4 positions on a UDL campus
Position 1 – To influence campus policy to positively impact on the inclusion of students with disabilities across campus
Position 2 – To ensure that a growing population have the optimal learning experience – whether this is supported by the environment, group or at individual level
Position 3 – To encourage and advocate for the adoption of universal design for Learning (UDL) on campus
Position 4 – To become the go-to expert for staff and those what require necessary add-on supports

6. By engaging with national and international policies
Position 1 - To influence campus policy to positively impact on the inclusion of students with disabilities across campus
By engaging with national and international policies
By providing Information as necessary
By influencing key decision makers
By advocating the rights of students with disabilities
By developing key Strategic Relationships

7. By being cognisant of participation rates
Position 2 - To ensure that a growing population have the optimal learning experience – whether this is supported by the environment, group or at individual level

By continuing to contribute to collection of participation rates and other data
By utilising the needs assessment process as necessary thus continuing to allow students to drive service provision
By maintaining a level of disability expertise so that faculty and others can utilise this resource on a UDL campus

8. Position 3 - To encourage and advocate for the adoption of universal design for Learning (UDL) on campus
By becoming the cornerstone of campus for all things UDL
By finding their place on the UDL framework
By building knowledge and expertise (of UDL)through developing and engaging with national and international partnerships
