When you call SPP during the current inject you will go into a call center and be asked Three questions before being transferred into the live exercise.

12. Exercise Call Center
You will have a 15 minute time window to call your inject into SPP. If you are past the window of your awarded inject then your call inject is no longer active.
We will not be able to take “intermediate” status updates during the exercise

We will take initial and conclusion updates for approved Priority 1 injects
One call to state moving from Primary to Alternate site
