Maximum Square Footage – 1400 square feet
Must Include: 3 bedrooms and at least one bath, closet space for each separate bedroom, kitchen area, living area, laundry room, front and rear door access.
Parents:
Bathroom off the master bedroom, office space, separate dining room and kitchen areas, a bay window in the living room.
Son:
Theater/Game room, secret passage way to the outside, bigger room than his sister
Daughter:
Her own bathroom, a room with two windows, bigger room than her brother.
