Young Ecologists point out ways of recycling and show first grade students different recycling bins First grade students notice where they have seen similar recling bins and are taught where they can throw difeent materials from now on

Educating frist grade students about a recycling bin in our school where they an put plastic bottles After bottles are sold school buys a flower which goes to a certain class who takes care of that flower (project named A Bottle for a Plant)

First grade students recognize flowers blooming in spring, talk about their habitat and protection

Each first grade student gets a peace of paper, makes an outline of his/her hand and writes down at least one sentence about saving our planet and ways to keep it pollution free.

Project met its goals: a) First grade students were educated about: 1. Recycling 2. Different types of recycling bins 3. Protected plant species b) Young Ecologists learned how to prepare a presentatin and be project leaders
