1. How to make your Kickspark ready for a ride.
Kickspark is designed so that it is easy to assemble from the box.
First turn the frame up. When you transport your sled, you can turn it down. Push the prop brackets firmly against bolts on the runners.
Tighten all nuts on the runners with the allround tool coming with Kickspark or use a normal 10 mm wrench.
The nuts may become loose in use, so retighten them from time to time.
Choose your own personal steering height and tighten the handlebar stem firmly into the frame pipe.
You can turn tensioning handle up by puling it outwards.
In order to improve glide remove the zinc coating from the bottom of the steel runners. Push the sled on sand for a while or use coarse abrasive paper. You can do the same if the glide surfaces get corroded.
If you mount snow runners, snap them under the steel runners starting from the front. Fasten the plastic bindings around the runner tips. .
