A bit more about Transitions our paper-based process to a paperless process. The process is triggered within RICEWorks by recruiters using contact information pulled from RICEWorks applications. Branded invitations are sent to applicants with instructions for secure submission of sensitive information. Provides a dashboard view for HR to monitor the progress of the background check. Provides faster overall completion times. Offers integration to OnBase (HR personnel file document management). Works entirely within a secure cloud-based system. Requires no campus roll-out. A bit more about PeopleAdmin Onboard Transitions our paper-based process to a paperless process. The process is triggered within RICEWorks by recruiters using contact information extracted from RICEWorks applications. Branded invitations are sent to applicants with instructions for logging into Onboard. An individualized checklist of onboarding forms is presented to applicants for online completion, including digital signatures. Provides a dashboard view for HR to monitor the progress of the onboard form completion process. Provides faster overall completion times. Eliminates paper in the enrollment and life event processes (health and welfare only, not retirement). Gives employees full access at all times to benefit enrollment reports. Provides tools to help employees decide which benefit may be best for them and their families. Gives employees direct access to complete Evidence of Insurability if needed. No paper, no faxing, no mailing. Provides document repository for all needed documentation (i.e. dependent eligibility verification, life event reasons documentation).
