Tellstrasse 2 to Rosenbergstrasse 74
Rosenbergstrasse 74 is only a six minutes walk away from the Housing Office. Just exit the building walk down to the main road and turn right. After approx. 500 m Rosenbergstrasse 74 is on the right side of the road.
To the train / bus station
Just turn right on Rosen- bergstrasse until you reach the underpass.

2. City Buses in St. Gallen (yellow post buses not included)
Getting to the city centre / to the train station and back
The quickest way to get to the city centre (Marktplatz) is on foot. Just continue on Rosenbergstrasse until you reach a big crossroads. Then turn right, walk downhill a bit and then turn left, you will already see the Marktplatz.
To the train station just walk back towards the Housing Office, a bit further down Rosenbergstrasse, until you reach a pedestrian underpass. It will take you straight to the train station.
Getting to the university and back
The university is a 15 min walk (1 km) away . Alternatively, there are two bus lines that will take you to the university. Bus no. 5 leaves from the train station (see map), and takes about eight minutes to the bus stop “Uni/Dufourstrasse”. From there it is a 300 m walk to the campus.
There is also a bus no. 9 that takes you to “Uni/Gatterstrasse”, this stop is right next to the campus. It leaves at Kornhausstrasse.
You could also walk to the university, it will take you about 15 min.
