There are three training domains: operational, institutional and self-development. The addition of Individual Critical Tasks in the overlap above is an effort to show the importance of critical tasks (CT) in all three domains. CTs are introduced in the institutional domain and are sustained and developed to competency in the operational and self-development domains, respectively.
