2 Why me? I am not a medical educator I am not a researcher I work with medical educators and I am passionate about the topic and personally use social media in all aspects of my professional and personal life.

4 What is Social Media? Social media is media designed to be disseminated through social interaction, created using highly accessible and scalable publishing techniques. Users can add friends and send them messages, and update their personal profiles to notify friends about themselves. Additionally, users can join networks organized by city, workplace, and school or college. The website's name stems from the name of books given at the start of the academic year by university administrators with the intention of helping students to get to know each other better.
