National Honor Society Steps to Induction Banquet on June 6th at Classics V
In order to be inducted, an eligible student must prove service and leadership by submitting completed verification forms as well as have good character by signing the code of conduct and being a good role model (making a mistake is one thing, continuous problems is a character flaw).
If a potential member’s file is incomplete, selection won’t be possible so make sure everything is completed and turned in on time.

Character: Role Model, Teacher/Staff Input; discipline file reviewed
Code of Conduct signed (required)
Letters of Recommendation (optional)
Personal Narrative Essay (optional)
Letter of Explanation (optional)
Leadership: Officer, Captain, Boy/Girl scout,
paid positions/jobs like babysitter, news carrier, lawn service etc…– independent, responsible and ability to lead others, (verification form)
Service: Community & School
Active Involvement; non-paid help (verification form)
