Mean total wrinkle score by treatment and by race over 4 years of follow-up. Racial groups (white and black) stratified by treatment group are indicated by gray and black lines, respectively. Total wrinkle score was not significantly different among treatment groups at any time point (P=.24). Black women, compared with white women, had the lowest total wrinkle scores across all 4 years (P=.002).
