P802E was started by a PAR generated in the LMSC EC Privacy SG and the PAR and 5C were approved by the LMSC at the July 2015 closing plenary in motion #33. The version of the CSN linked from the “PARs under consideration” page for July 2015 is the wrong version (part of the preparations).
