Quantity (established ties, meetings, formal procedures…)
Quality (influence over economic and social policy making, labor legislation and regulation, volume and type of national agreements signed, number of sector based agreements, extension procedures)

Negotiation and conclusion of joint agreements in bipartite social dialogue
Consultative roles of social partners in new directives concerning areas of social policy
Participation in tripartite concertation with the Commission authorities

5. Styles of reporting a regular style (free style)
a short newspaper style ( your report should look like a short story a journalist has written unbiased on the subject )
a substitution (role) style ( your report should be in a format of an letter- in this letter a labour minister of your country is explaining to EU Commission why EU social dialogue model culture and ESD at sectoral level is not good policy for your country)
a project proposal style ( your report should be structured as proposal applying for the funding from EU Social Fund – project aim should be improving capacities for social dialogue at national level )

Legislative improvements ( promoting collective bargaining and extending procedures at sectoral level, proposals to enforce the culture of social dialogue and mutual respect between social partners, extending number of issues to be negotiated between partners, further institutionalizing social dialogues, enforcement of EU social dialogue agreements)
Training ( improving organizational capacities, upgrading personal skills, qualifications, retention and development of key leadership and expert personnel, continuous standardized education for personnel and leadership included directly in social dialogue, communicative skills, managing change organizational skills)

Enhancing co-operation at both national and international level (exchange of experiences, code of best practises, how to co-operate at national level while competing in the same time…)
