Promoting pluralism and seeking diversity through recruitment and career management is a key driver for the company. This specific approach contributes to its effectiveness and to social relationship qualitative aspects. It thus can result into a positive effect on the company’s image with regard to customers, external service providers, and consumers, both within France and the rest of the world. The Diversity Charter endorsed and implement by our company is intended to demonstrate our commitment, in France, to the cultural, ethnic and social diversity within our organisation. Under this Charter, we commit to: 1. Raise awareness amongst us and train our managers and colleagues who are involved in recruitment, training and career management with regards to issues of non-discrimination and diversity. 2. Respect and promote the application of the non-discrimination principle in all its forms and in all stages of human resource management, including hiring, training, promotion and professional advancement of colleagues. 3. Seek to reflect on the diversity of French society and especially its cultural and ethnic diversity within our workforce, regardless of work qualifications. 4. Communicate about commitment to non-discrimination and diversity to all of our employees and inform them about the practical results of this commitment. 5. Support the development and implementation of the diversity policy as a topic of meaningful dialogue with staff representatives. 6. Include in our annual report a descriptive section detailing our commitment to non-discrimination and diversity: implemented actions, practices and results Overall policy for all activities Management, Trust Equal opportunity Diversity in all areas Living together A socially and economically successful Society.
