Digraphs
Search for words that begin with digraphs
(sh, th, wh, ch).

Sight Words
Practice writing your sight words in sand or shaving cream.
Read a Book
Read a book with someone.
After you read, tell about the beginning, middle, and end.
Writing
Write a story about something fun you did this month.
Remember to use spaces between words, correct capitalization and punctuation.
Math Activities
Numbers 0-30
Write your numbers Use your neatest handwriting. Read the numbers to an adult when you are finished.
Subtracting
Practicing adding numbers while you eat a snack.
Example: 6 crackers take away 1 equals 5 crackers (6-5=1)
Money
Find some nickels and practice counting by 5s. How much money do you have?
Try the same thing with dimes and count by 10s.
Shapes
Make 3D shapes (cone, sphere, cylinder, cube) out of play dough or clay.

Sorting
Help a grown up put dishes away. Help sort the silverware.
