Finance Office/Payroll
Staff Eulinda Gallagher – Director Angela Mitchell – Financial Secretary Amy Steele – Financial Secretary Michele Widen – Financial Secretary Myra Huff – Secretary Ron Hulliger – Mail Courier All cross trained to complete each other’s functions. Specific assignments are: Payroll Angela – teachers, casual seasonal staff, coaches, substitutes, salary verifications, short term disability and worker’s comp pay out, and pension consultations and pension pay out Amy – nutrition services, administrators, secretaries, transportation, substitutes, pension consultations and pension pay out Michele – paras, substitutes, short term disability and worker’s comp pay out Finance Office Amy - Process FSF transactions, reports (quarterly financial reports, GAAP, Civil Rights, and personnel expenditure reports), eMarketplace maintenance, support CBOC, student activity accounts, prepare tuition billing, prepare salary notices Angela – Process FSF transactions, reports (Affordable Care Act, time and effort, personnel expenditure report, GAAP, Civil Rights). P-Card Coordinator, insurance (athletic injuries), copier leases, property tax receipts Michele – Process FSF transactions, audits, asset inventory, reporting (GAAP, time and effort, personnel expenditure report), utility usage, pension consultations and pension pay out. Myra – receptionist for front desk at district office. Answers calls to DO phone number. Orders supplies and receives deliveries at DO. Confirm payroll and record supplemental pay. Filling and DO offices calendar
