Background Program Objectives: How do we measure success?
To facilitate, oversee and provide instruction to ensure a successful command mentoring program. How do we measure success? The personal readiness level of each Sailor has a direct impact on the overall readiness of the command. The mentoring program will equip each of them with tools necessary for success.

Self-Assessment Strengths Overall program is Green.
Motivated CMT members Monthly assessments Weaknesses 101 command personnel on file without a mentorship contract. Attacking this is a constant with the influx of LIMDU/TAD personnel. Overall program is Green.

Mentor Guidelines Have no NJP or within the last 12 months;
Have not failed PFA in the last two cycles; Have no individual mark below 3.0; Attend training as directed by the CMT Coordinator;

Provide the Dept/Division Mentor Representative (DMR) and Protégé with point of contact information, i.e., address, work, home, and cell phone numbers; Possess a strong commitment to the success of the individual and Mentor Program.
