Community Outreach & Engagement Coordinate with Inclusive TDM Strategy “Swiping Left on Civic Engagement” (SXSW 2017) Mobility Network Analysis Synthesis & Consistency Review Infrastructure & Institutional Framework Interagency coordination (ie. YCTD COA, Via Rideshare) Mobility Hubs Assessment & Recommendations Tailored siting criteria and analysis, land use sensitive Conceptual Design renderings Coordinate with Plug-in Partnerships, as appropriate Smart Mobility Readiness Plan Planning for technology integration: when and how? Final Mobility Action Plan Action plan/playbook to guide City investment of limited funds & staff resources Leave City well-poised to secure funds for implementation MAP Scope of Work
