They misunderstood God.
They were wrong about people’s standing before God.
They were wrong about God’s timing.

3. God’s Judgment Is Not Taken Seriously
They misunderstood God.
They misunderstood the Messiah.
He would be preceded by a Malachi.
He is God.
His presence brings judgment and restoration.

4. God’s Judgment Is Not Taken Seriously
They misunderstood the judgment.
Judgment will be swift.
He will judge the occult.
He will judge those unfaithful to family.
He will judge liars.
He will judge oppressors.
He will judge favoritism.
God’s mercy keeps them alive.

5. What does that mean to me?
Not everybody goes to heaven! God’s timing has a perfect purpose.

6. What does that mean to me?
Jesus is God! Jesus is coming again for judgment! Am I ready? God’s judgment is quick and thorough.

7. What does that mean to me?
Do I dabble in the mystic? Am I unfaithful to my family? Am I a liar? Do I oppress others? Do I show favoritism/prejudice?
