Procedure A: Classic Method. 10M*0.53*2.65µm Procedure B: Accelerated – faster programming of GC oven, 10M*0.53*0.88µm Differences A vs B Runtime: A is 35 mins, B is about 8 mins Scope: B will also allow for Biodiesels up to B20. Compliancy Methods are standardized for a particular product type, IBP/FBP! Biodiesel blends could impair results (also for D86) Local Governing Local body will mandate physical or GC or both allowed.
