There will be a unit exam which focuses on Unit 4 on Friday, December 14. The final exam, which will be comprehensive will be on Thursday, December 20 from 8:53 – 10:33 AM. All work which is shown as incomplete in Power School as of TODAY, Monday, December 3, 2018, must be turned in by the end of ninth period on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 14. Any work which has not been completed at that time will become a zero in PowerSchool.

7. Please be aware the HBT for a given week is considered to be incomplete if there is a single Bellwork / Ticket-out-the-door form or a single homework which is missing. Thus a 250 point HBT could become a zero if that one BT is not made up.

On Thursday, December 6 (block Thursday) you will present a café skit. You will work in groups of three One person will be the server and the other two will be diners. The skit will be entirely in French The server will greet the diners and show them to their seats and present them with a menu. The diners will look at the menu. The server will ask what the diners would like. The diners will make their selection, which will include a main dish, a drink and a dessert. The server will “go to the kitchen” and the diners will talk to each other.

10. The menu will be graded. It will be judged only on completeness and not on artwork. The group will share the grade for the menu: aside from that each person will be judged individually on his / her own performance. The actors may read from a script (and they may share a script), but they will receive a higher grade if they have memorized their lines. You will have the entire period on Tuesday, December 4 to prepare, and the first 15 minutes of the class on Thursday, December 6 to complete your preparations.
