The apps that comprise G Suite for Education can vary from school district to school district
Usually G Suite contains Chrome, Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms, Sites, Classroom, Gmail, Calendar, Keep, Groups, Hangouts, Blogger, YouTube, Google +, Contacts, Tasks

Non-core Services? Yes! Please use them (with Caution)
There are great apps that are not Core Services Maps, Blogger, YouTube, Chrome, Search, … You can use these with your students but know that you are responsible for ensuring that students are using them in a safe and COPPA/FERPA compliant manner For more information, see this document
