Volunteers We are always looking for volunteers. No commitment is too small. Volunteer forms went home at the first rehearsal with the cast/crew… Also are available online... Technical Needs: Will be discussed at upcoming Boosters meetings

Fundraising Production Fee - $50.00 commitment
Can be offset through program ad sales Will go towards t-shirts, cast dinners, & general production costs. Program Ads (Due 10/12) – 2 “Blitz” Days scheduled: September 29th and October 2nd Tickets – on sale to public October 15th – on sale to cast/crew/pit on October 9th after Booster Meeting Flowers, Stargrams, Concessions Max and Erma’s on November 27th

Parents’ Night Final Dress Rehearsal (we run like a full show) on Wednesday, November 7:30 PM Please limit to immediate family members only Reception will follow in our PAC lobby

2012 Theatre Boosters Meetings
Tuesday, October 9th at 7:00 PM Tuesday, November 13th at 7:00 PM Tuesday, December 11th at 7:00 PM And continuing on the 2nd Tuesday of the month in 2013 at 7:00 PM

Reminders… Sylvania “Pay to Participate” fee payable in the main office Students must be in attendance for ½ of the school day to participate in extra-curricular activities Students must abide by the district extra-curricular code of conduct Students must maintain academic eligibility

2013 State Thespian Conference
To be held at Northview HS on March 1-3, 2013 and expecting approximately 1500 from around Ohio Great opportunity for our school and program Need additional chairpersons and lots of volunteers! Planning meeting on Tuesday, September 25th at 7:00 in the Black Box
