Classification of Bipolar Electrograms as Recorded During Sinus Rhythm (A) Single component potentials are characterized by a single narrow deflection of short duration. (B) Split potentials are usually >70 ms, with 2 components clearly separated by a relatively isoelectric segment. (C) Fractionated electrograms show multiple fragmented potentials with multiple peaks and low-amplitude deflections resulting in prolonged duration (>70 ms). Jackson J. Liang et al.
