2. Nuivi is a fishing village and a tourist attraction located in the far north of (Zanzibar), East Africa. Until the 1990s, the local population opposed tourism, which is why Nuivi beach is one of the last in the area to house hotels and other tourism structures. This situation has changed since then, and the main beach of Nuivi, is now constantly full of visitors. A small aquarium with sea turtles has recently been created in the village.
