3. Background
Throughout 2013 Eurostat received several requests for statistical data on the enlargement countries to be used as targets and performance indicators in planned assistance programmes
IPA
The current work on indicators represent a wish to measure the impact of the assistance as well as the performance of the beneficiaries.
