2. SOUTHCO should submit status of Bachata Lamp Yojana (BLY) of BEE as directed by the Commission in the last tariff order with their programme of implementation.
SOUTHCO has proposed to levy demand charges on emergency drawal by CGPs of their region apprehending misuse of Clause 80(15) of the Distribution Code. In this context, SOUTHCO may submit month-wise individual emergency drawal of CGPs within its area of supply along with their respective rated capacity of the largest unit.

3. SOUTHCO should submit month-wise cash flow statement for the FY (actuals upto end of January, 2011) considering the revenue items only.
OERC had asked DISCOMs vide letter No.238 dtd to submit the DSM activities to be undertaken by them during alongwith their respective costs and benefits. Nothing has been received from SOUTHCO so far. SOUTHCO may submit the relevant details for FY to the Commission.
