Tips:
If you have a longer presentation, an agenda slide helps people understand what information is to come, and can cut down on interruptions asking for details
Tell them what you’re going to say, tell them what you’re saying, tell them what you said. Don’t be shy about reinforcing the key message of your presentation at the start and end.

4. On-line Exams
Computer based testing (CBT) is scheduled every two months for all exams listed above - May, July, September, November, January, March, and so on.
Applications can be sent on an on-going basis when requirements for certification are met. Once we process applications indicating this option, you will receive notification via indicating the next available session.

7. Attendance Guidelines

Attendance of 1X month, changed to 1X week
Certified Operator in Charge and Attending Operator on-site together

Certified operators responsible for reasonable number of facilities
Allows for progression of responsibility as Operators advance through certification levels
Enables remote monitoring
