4 Pre-hurricane activities
Fuel Potable Water Communications: ENS test Satellite phones Radio plan Secured site Physical objects Security team Power off & disconnect systems Pre-Hurricane Actions: Fleet vehicles were all filled with fuel, Farm Equipment was also filled. Diesel on-hand 700 gallons Gasoline on-hand 1500 gallons Delivery to refill tanks was expected today but delivery was cancelled last night due to security/safety issues Team discussed post-storm plans for fuel delivery. This could be impacted by security/safety concerns Potable water- 50- 5 gallon containers on-hand at the site 84 boxes of water had been ordered but have not been delivered and not certain where delivery process stands at this time (9/6) 1 truck containing gallons of potable water is staged at a secure/storm protected vendor location. The team secured the site on 9/5 and ensured all loose objects were picked up and put in an area where it cannot be picked up by the wind, and all security barriers were checked and the security storm team is in place with food, water, and safety supplies. All critical equipment has been secured and power systems were turned off and disconnected where identified in the storm plan. Back-up electrical systems are ready and on stand-by to be turned on when needed. Communication: The team has ensured that all supervisors have their employees direct phone numbers and contact information The GSOC initial test completed- 30% response.  Retest sent this morning with specific request for PR Leadership to text employees directly to request a reply.    Current Headcount: FTE’s= 128   Seasonal~300 GSOC received several replies indicating employees need assistance- not certain if this is due to language barrier. The Puerto Rico Leadership Team is going through notification checks again this morning WPAB AM 550 radio plan is in place to broadcast notifications and updates to all employees post-storm if phone communication and other communication is unavailable. All employees have been notified to tune to this radio station for updates Global Security sent 9 satellite phones for the site leadership team Pre-hurricane activities

Took more than 18 days to confirm wellbeing of all personnel. Utilized local newspapers & radio to get announcements 2. On-site damage assessment: Screen houses & lesser structures are totally destroyed, brick & mortar are still standing and intact, water damage, crops destroyed STL Team assessment: Primary objectives of this team were: assess the situation on the ground, enable communications with the team, deliver preliminary supplies to the site, employees and the local community and evaluate what will be needed to bring the site back to function 3. Partnered with National Guard to transport cargo from San Juan to Ponce distribution center Industry collaborations with Syngenta, DOW, Bayer, Pioneer for a variety of requests Joined with Express Script to deliver 750 lbs. of medicine to the island Connected with Habitat for Humanity to determine long term recovery needs for those that lost their homes collaborations

8 Set up fresh water stations and portable toilets in nearby towns
Provided water to National Guard emergency operations center near site Provided emergency supplies to 5 communities Provided forklifts and personnel to unload supplies and distribute appropriately Identified a local charity for global employees to provide monetary contributions Local community HR created a heat map to identify where our people are located across the island – the greatest concentration is in the south and west.  This information is useful as we continue to investigate ways to assist local communities.
