2. Go to http://cert.safekids.org
Click on LOG IN

3. Click on CPS Tech/Tech To Be

4. Log In Log in if you already have a CPS online profile or Click on
New Sign Up

5. CPS Online Profile Status = Contact or Expired
Click on Find/Register for a Course

6. Search for a course in your area.
Find Course Details
Search for a course in your area.
Example: New York

7. Find a Course
Public Courses are available on a first come-first served basis. (Paying the fee gets you in.)
Controlled courses require instructor approval – this is done online using our system.

8. Review Details and Follow Prompts
Read carefully! There may be an additional local fee.
Scroll to the bottom for your action items.

9. Confirm Intent and Agreement

10. Select Payment (Example: Credit card)
You are in the course only after your payment is processed.
If you send in a check or PO, don’t delay! It must be received before class and when there are available seats.

13. Review Your Status

14. Can’t Attend the Course?
Before the end of Day 1, click on View Course Registration History and select the course.
Substitute a coworker
Reschedule to another public course
Cancel your registration.
