This document is to be discussed and amended during the IWG on DETA session of 20 June before submitting to WP.29.

2. DETA (Database for the Exchange of Approval documentation)
State of play
DETA (Database for the Exchange of Approval documentation)
is the secure internet database to circulate approvals and its attachments,
 as required to be established by the UNECE, according to the 1958 Agreement Revision 3.

3. 15 Contracting Parties have notified the Focal Point for DETA
State of play
DETA is still under development but since May ready to be used for it base purpose:
exchanging UNECE approval documentation between the Contracting Parties to the 1958 Agreement.
