Matrilin‐2 prevents the TNFα‐induced apoptosis of WB‐F344 cells via suppressing JNK pathway
Matrilin‐2 knockdown promotes the apoptosis of WB‐F344 cells induced by TNFα. WB‐F344 cells infected by lentiviral shRNA against matrilin‐2 were treated by TNFα (10 ng/mL) for 24 H (n = 6 in each group). (A) Viability of WB‐F344 cells were measured by MTT. (B) Cell apoptosis was determined by flow cytometry. (C) Cell lysate were blotted by antibodies against capase3, Bax, and β‐actin. (D) Cells were stained by Hoechst staining. *P < 0.05 versus control group.
