there's been a huge amount of confusion generated by the negotiations about what bits actually made it into the new contract
The ‘average 10-11% increase to basic pay’ is a weighted average by the number of doctors receiving each nodal point and each clinical grade. Those at the end of nodal point 4 see the smallest pay increase (ST7s and 8s)
