B, Usually, a CT scan is used to identify calcium. Here, the CT scan reveals many small calcifications. The SWI filtered-phase image is a means to differentiate paramagnetic from diamagnetic substances because the former will have a negative phase and the latter a positive phase (for a right-handed system).
