Move last TPR in year two forward to middle of year –timing after first observation in second year Put in place ‘intervention policy’ for trainees on competent Modify trainee teacher documentation taking account of new OFSTED framework Joint observations with all partner colleges Collate evidence from internal observation moderation from partner colleges
