Pedestrians Pedestrians have the right of way at all intersections
There is a crosswalk at every intersection, even if it is not marked as such Look for signs to mark school zones, bus stops, playgrounds, parks, and other places people might be. Watch for movement around parked cars.

Have a white or metallic walking stick, or are accompanied by a guard dog They always have the RIGHT OF WAY

BIKES, SKATEBOARDS AND OTHERS
Bicycle riders, skateboarders and inline skaters have same rights as motorists You must always yield to them when turning right. A Bike rider, Skateboarder, or inline skater may use the left turn lane as motorists do to make a left turn at an intersection.

Motorcycles Same laws govern motorcycles that govern automobiles

Mopeds Horses and Animals
Can dart into road at any time; trying to avoid it may cause an accident Watch for signs, stay alert, and be prepared for the unexpected. When passing a horse-back rider or horse drawn vehicle, reduce speed to 25 mph Speed limit of 25mph Must follow all traffic signs and signals Have same rights and responsibilities on the road

Trucks, Tractor-Trailers, and Buses

If you can’t see their side mirrors, they can’t see you! Do not tailgate or remain sandwiched b/t two trucks. FRONT NO-ZONE ft in front of truck. Do not cut in front of a large truck on the roadway. Yielding to Buses You must yield to any bus or school bus that is re-entering traffic after making a stop. Once they are back with the flow of traffic, you do not have to yield with them changing lanes.
