Sections were incubated with 5 × 10−10m [125I]Sar1–Ang II alone (A, B; total binding), or they were incubated in the presence of 10−5m the AT1 receptor antagonist losartan (C, D) or 10−7m the AT2 receptor ligand CGP (E, F).
