You can contact your division directly or call IMD to obtain this.
Student Testing Number (STN)
You get this number from your school counselor who gets it from the State Department of ED.
It is NOT the student’s school ID number.
Student Demographics
First/Last Name, Education Level, SSN, DOB, Disability, Limited English, Academic Disadvantaged, Economic Disadvantaged, Migrant, Single Parent (student), Race, Homeless, Foster Care, Student’s Parents on Military Active Duty.

4. Submitting one student at a time: screen 1
Verify the information is accurate.  Continue without saving.

5. Screen 2:
Click in the first empty cell under Pathway Name to find the pathway that goes with that course.  Save & Continue
Your PID/Name & Course Names will show up in those columns if you complete your Salary & Teaching Report first.

6. Screen 3:
Enter the first student’s STN.  Enter Demographics.  Click save at the end of every row.
There is not a submit button.

7. Screen 3:
You can export the report from this screen, after filling in information.

9. Submitting report by file:
Choose the correct file format.  Click browse to find your file.  Load File  Submit

10. Save & Print CESI Report: screen 1
Type the first 3 letters of your school next to Organization.  Select the Report Name you want to run.  Enter School Calendar Year  Click View Report

11. Save & Print CESI Report: screen 2
You can filter report in tan area, if you need to.  Click View Report in tan section after filtering.
 Export report by clicking on blue disc with green arrow.
