11 Title Pages A title page is the first page of a report. It gives:
the title of a report the name of the writer the name of the person whom the report is prepared and the date For academic reports: also contains the name of the course

12 To format a title page: Use single spacing Center the page vertically
Center all lines of text horizontally Type the report title in all caps and bold Press ENTER 12 times and type By followed by your name as the writer Press ENTER 12 times Then, using single spacing, type the name of the person for whom the report was written, the name of the course (if appropriate), and the current date

13 Alphabetical listing of sources
Bibliography Alphabetical list of the sources of information you used in writing a report Sources are single-spaced and formatted with a hanging indent Leave a blank line between the sources If a page number is included, place it ½ inch from top of the page. Title Alphabetical listing of sources
