Communicate the BSRR to all participants
Gather existing data (absenteeism, staff turnover, etc.)
Distribute survey questionnaires
Conduct Focus Groups with selected staff (optional)
Calculate data results of the survey (against HSE benchmark data
Analyse qualitative data
Relate demographic data to results
Write evaluative report
Decide which actions to take and implement changes
Communicate findings and action plan to all participants
Repeat BSRR after months
