3. RAM Protection app q4 contest
Purpose
Drive awareness of the importance of the Protection App and drive registrations.
Structure
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
RAMs will compete against each other on registration rates as shown on the Protection App dashboards. (Indirect and Retail) The two RAMs driving the highest registration rate each month will win.
Measurement and Reporting:

Downloads occurring within the first 7 days of customer’s new device / New Activations
PA Executive Dashboard for November and December results (Downloads report on a month delay)

NFC Mouse Pad Overview
Sprint and Asurion have partnered to roll out a mouse pad that incorporates an NFC chip that will make it faster and easier for you to download the Total Equipment Protection App to your TEP customer’s eligible device.
Details:
Objective: Increase attachment rates and reduce churn by driving downloads and registrations of the Total Equipment Protection app at POS
Timing: Mouse pads will arrive 11/8, and will replace existing mouse pads until April 2014
Locations: All corporate and preferred dealer stores
Inventory: One for every POS and S&R station in your store should be provided. Some locations will have extra mouse pads.*
Expectation: Replace all existing mouse pads at the POS and S&R stations. In normal ReadyNOW process interactions, all team members should offer, download and assist the customer to register The Protection App on their eligible device.
Note: The Protection App is not supported on iPhone, Windows and selection feature phones.
